Do you ever wonder why you might be experiencing stunted growth–low cash, patient volume, and income?

You could easily think to yourself, “Oh, I’m…

  • - not marketing enough,
  • – not being ranked on Google,
  • – too busy treating,
  • – not getting out there on social media,
  • – not emailing enough,
  • – not training enough
  • – no system

etcetera, etcetera, etcetera…

But the truth is these are mere symptoms of a deeper problem.

So what are the 5 serious root causes of low cash, volume and income??

After working with thousands of clinic owners, here’s what I discovered…

They are…

(1) Imposter Syndrome

You might subconsciously be feeling like a fake. It might be because you feel subpar clinically or you have no business skills. These thoughts if not addressed can wreak havoc on you. They can prevent you from taking the necessary action to grow a thriving business.

(2) Low Self-Esteem

You might have good clinical skills but if you don’t have a healthy self-esteem, you could be sabotaging your own success.  You could be feeling unworthy of success because you were brought up poorly or were abused. Or maybe you subconsciously believe society’s lies about having to be tall, thin, and good-looking to be successful. For whatever reason, if you don’t think yourself worthy you might not be allowing yourself the right to the rewards of life and business. You accept mediocrity. It may help to remember that you are NOT defined by your past. You are NOT defined by your outward appearance. You are NOT defined by society’s generalized opinion. You are a “one-of-a-kind”. And you are defined by how you take your feelings, desires, ambitions, beliefs, and use them to touch other people’s lives and make a difference.

(3) Fear of Success

With success comes change. You fear change. With money comes responsibility. You fear responsibility. You don’t delegate well so you would have to do more yourself–add more onto your plate. That scares you. This is false. It may help to remember that with more money you can choose to place more trust in others and engage others more. You can create jobs that didn’t exist. You can give people opportunities they wouldn’t otherwise have had. Fearing success is like fearing your capacity to impact others.

(4) Guilt Ridden

You have sinned, hurt, trespassed, screwed up, and haven’t apologized or made up for it. Or you blame yourself for someone’s pain (or even death). Whatever the reason, Guilt is the greatest stifler of your authenticity and the person you are meant to be. It smothers you. Takes your light and makes you dark and gloomy. Some days are better than others but the grey cloud is always there. It may help to remember that all it takes to rid yourself of guilt is to say “I’m sorry.” and try to make up doubly for it. That’s all a person can do. But it’s a lot.

(5) Lack of focus and Disorganized

I threw this one in here because it’s a major symptom of one, and all, of the conditions above. It’s essentially when you don’t know what’s important. Can’t identify priorities. You don’t know what you SHOULD be doing. You waste time. You harp over the most insignificant things and justify it. You get a little paranoid and worry about money even though you have everything you need (food, shelter, clothes, people who love you…). This is bad. Really bad. Fix 1-4 above and this goes away.

The tragedy is that these deeper causes/conditions virtually STOP you from taking the actions necessary to grow your patient volume, income, and business (and be the best version of yourself).

Do you want me to show you HOW to FIX these conditions so you can move forward and grow?
