Q:  Can I send my office manager instead of me?

A:  YES.

However, it is recommended that the owner attend as well. You can only benefit from this learning if you implement it, and experience tells us that the implementation is much more likely to happen when the owner attends.

Q:  What are the qualifications of the instructor?

A:  Each instructor is IndeFree certified and/or, in most cases, is a Physical or Occupational Therapist with more than 5 years of experience owning and operating their own private practice.

Q:  How long is the course?
 

A:  The main 2-day course is 8-9 hours per day.  In most cities, you can add a third (or fourth) day of special learning (Clinical Excellence, Advanced Billing, etc.) that are 6-8 hours each.

Q:  Do you provide support after the course?

A:  YES.

For one year after the course you may email or call us with any questions. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.  You may choose to upgrade to our membership support plan for a nominal fee.  We also have personal coaching available for a fee.

And typically, you will be supported by a Physical or Occupational Therapist who is in successful private practice.

Q:  What happens if I sign-up but can't make it to the course?

A:  Full refund when cancellation is made PRIOR to 14-days of the course.  If LESS THAN 14-days, a 100% credit will be applied towards a future course -or- receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

*The cancellation fee is to cover all the fees and administrative costs incurred to process your initial order and cancellation request.

A:  We currently do offer an online self-study course for beginners only.  Each section has worksheets you download. Even though you can study on your own as a member of our Self Study course the cost is nearly the same as coming to a course.  We strongly encourage taking the time and making the investment to attend our workshops for better and faster learning, and easier implementation.  It's a much better way to get prepared for quicker success!
